The emergency measures after cardiac arrest have the main purpose of preventing neurological damage due to cerebral ischemia. The Keio University Emergency Medicine Department and others reported that adding hydrogen to inhaled gas may be effective in suppressing neurological damage. Statistical analysis of this trial was conducted by StaGen.
